What are the places and things that inspire you - is it the buzz and hum of the city or a back porch afternoon on the farm? Maybe it's brick and stone architecture, fields of flowers, a room with bright colors, or my personal favorite - standing barefoot in a cold creek. Whatever it may be it is always my goal to find a place that is a completely unique to match what is uniquely YOU.
Sometimes the best locations come spur of the moment. One of my favorite senior photoshoots started at our chosen location, but sidetracked into a Barber Shop when the owner came outside to chat. He allowed us to shoot in his establishment while we hung out with him, his patrons, and all of his wonderful little details. Amazing.
When thinking about locations for your senior portrait or fine art photoshoot, think about the things that inspire you - the buzz and hum of the city; brick and stone and architecture; old rusty things; sunshine and the great outdoors; indoor settings with bright colors; or my favorite inspiration, standing barefoot in a cold creek. My goal when working with you is to find a place that is completely unique to match what is uniquely YOU. And beyond that, it's all an adventure.
